The Focus Foster Care team is made up of dedicated individuals with several years of expereince working in foster care.
Competitive Salary
All of our foster carers receive a generous weekly maintenance and foster carer fee per child.
Additional Benefits
Our foster carers receive a FosterTalk membership and an annual membership to either the National Trust or English Heritage.
Tailored Support
As a Focus foster carer you will benefit from a personal training and development plan and monthly supervisions with your supervising social worker
Social events
We organise regular days out for our fostering families to get together and make fun new memories
Birth children support
Foster care involves the entire family and we organise regular support groups and activities for the birth children of our foster carers
24/7 telephone support
A member of the Focus Foster Care team is available 24 hours a day to offer support and advice over the phone.
A close knit agency
We are a small independent fostering agency and our size means no one is 'just another case'. We get to know all of our fostering families and offer tailored support when needed.
Events for foster families
We understand the importance of a supportive community and that is why we arrange regular social events for our fostering families

Get outdoors
Spending time outdoors has countless mental health and physical health benefits. The majority of our foster family events take place in local outdoor locations, such as Kingburys Water Park.
