Focus Foster Care is an independent fostering agency, supporting children and families across the West Midlands. Established in 2017, the Focus Foster Care team have worked hard to positively change the lives of hundreds of children and young people throughout the region.

We are Ofsted rated Good and were voted best fostering agency in the 2022/2023 Central England Prestige Awards. Our fostering team is growing and we are currently accepting applications from aspiring carers in Birmingham, Kidderminster, Solihull and many other areas throughout the West Midlands. All Focus Foster Care social workers endeavour to build a nurturing and supportive working relationship with our fostering families. Our agency has been described as being like a tight-knit family; we support all of our fostering families at every stage of their journey. Meet The Fostering Panel

The fostering panel plays a vital part in the fostering assessment process. Panel approval is a requirement for all foster carers in the UK. We are proud to have a diverse fostering panel, including members from all backgrounds, professions and life experiences.
